1. Professional Installation Disclaimer

While our Deluxe Seamless Clip-Ins are engineered for easy, at-home application, our Genius Wefts, Hand-Tied Wefts, and Invisible Tape-Ins require certified professional hairstylist installation for optimal results, seamless blending, and scalp protection.

Ballerina Hair Extensions shall not be held liable for any damage caused to natural hair or hair extensions as a result of improper installation, improper tension, incorrect sectioning, inadequate bead placement, or faulty home removal. Always consult an experienced, licensed hair extension specialist.

2. Chemical Processing, Toning & Heat Styling

Ballerina Hair Extensions are manufactured from 100% cuticle-aligned Remy virgin human hair. However, because hair has already undergone professional gentle salon coloring to achieve specific luxury shades:

• Bleaching & Lightening: We strongly advise against bleaching or lightening our extensions. Bleaching removes moisture and compromises the protective cuticle layer, which can cause dryness, tangling, and shedding. Chemical lightening is performed strictly at the customer's own risk and automatically voids any exchange or quality warranty.
• Darkening / Gloss Toners: You may deposit darker pigment or use gentle semi-permanent toner glosses (such as purple toner or deposit-only glazes). Always perform a test strand on a discrete 1-inch hair weft segment prior to full application.
• Heat Styling: Thermal tools (flat irons, curling wands, blow dryers) should never exceed 380°F (190°C). Always apply a high-grade thermal heat protectant spray prior to applying heat.

3. Color & Visual Representation Disclaimer

Every effort is made to accurately portray our hair shades under controlled, true-to-life 5500K daylight salon studio lighting. However:

• Mobile devices, OLED screens, desktop monitors, and Night Shift/True Tone filters display colors with varying levels of saturation and temperature.
• Outdoor direct sunlight, warm indoor tungsten lamps, and fluorescent lighting will reveal different undertones in human hair.
• Slight variations between manufacturing batches may occur due to the organic nature of natural donor human hair.

4. Patch Testing & Allergy Notice

Tape-in adhesives, keratin bonds, styling glazes, and toning shampoos contain active cosmetic ingredients. Customers with known skin, latex, or adhesive sensitivities should conduct a 24-hour patch test behind the ear or on the inner arm before applying adhesives or chemical toners directly near the scalp.
