RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, Ballerina Hair Extensions cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened hair extensions. If the product packaging has been tampered with or if the security seal is broken, the return will not be accepted.

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
